Ngo-2024, saletha i-transformer engu-12 MVA ePhilippines. Sisebenzisa ithusi ezintweni ezigoqayo ngenxa yokuqhuba kwayo ugesi okuphezulu, ukusebenza kahle kokushisa, kanye nokumelana nokugqwala.
Yakhiwe ngobuchwepheshe besimanje kanye nezinto ezisezingeni eliphezulu, i-transformer yethu yamandla engu-12 MVA inikeza ukuthembeka nokuqina okumangalisayo.
Kwa-JZP, siqinisekisa ukuthi yonke i-transformer esiyilethayo ihlolwa ngokuphelele. Siyaziqhenya ngokugcina irekhodi elingenaphutha eliphelele iminyaka engaphezu kweshumi. Ama-Power Transformers zenzelwe ukuhlangabezana nezindinganiso eziqinile ze-IEC, i-ANSI, kanye nezinye izincazelo ezihamba phambili zomhlaba wonke.

Indlela yokupholisa ye- I-Transformer Ecwiliswe Kuwoyela ngokuvamile kuhilela ukusebenzisa uwoyela we-transformer njengendlela yokupholisa eyinhloko. Lowoyela ufeza izinjongo ezimbili eziyinhloko: usebenza njengesivikelo sikagesi futhi usiza ekususeni ukushisa okukhiqizwa ngaphakathi kwe-transformer. Nazi ezinye zezindlela ezivamile zokupholisa ezisetshenziswa kuma-transformer acwiliswe uwoyela:
1. Amafutha Omoya Wemvelo Wemvelo (ONAN)
● Incazelo:
o Kule ndlela, i-convection yemvelo isetshenziswa ukujikeleza uwoyela ngaphakathi kwethangi le-transformer.
o Ukushisa okukhiqizwa yi-transformer windings kumuncwa uwoyela, bese ukhuphuka bese udlulisela ukushisa ezindongeni zethangi.
o Ukushisa kuyabe sekuhlakazeka emoyeni ozungezile ngokusebenzisa i-convection yemvelo.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
o Kufanelekela ama-transformer amancane lapho ukushisa okukhiqizwayo kungeqile khona.

● Incazelo:
Le ndlela ifana ne-ONAN, kodwa ifaka phakathi ukujikeleziswa komoya okuphoqelelwe.
o Amafeni asetshenziswa ukufutha umoya phezu kwezindawo ze-radiator ze-transformer, okuthuthukisa inqubo yokupholisa.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
o Kusetshenziswa kuma-transformer aphakathi nendawo lapho kudingeka khona ukupholisa okwengeziwe ngale komoya wemvelo.

● Incazelo:
Ku-OFAF, kokubili uwoyela nomoya kujikeleziswa kusetshenziswa amaphampu namafeni, ngokulandelana.
o Amaphampu kawoyela ajikeleza uwoyela nge-transformer kanye nama-radiator, kuyilapho amafeni ephoqa umoya ukuthi udlule kuma-radiator.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
o Kufanelekela ama-transformer amakhulu lapho ukuguquguquka kwemvelo kunganele ukupholisa.

● Incazelo:
Le ndlela isebenzisa amanzi njengendlela yokupholisa eyengeziwe.
o Uwoyela ujikeleziswa ngezishintshi zokushisa lapho amanzi apholisa uwoyela.
Amanzi abe esepholiswa ngohlelo oluhlukile.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
Isetshenziswa kuma-transformer amakhulu kakhulu noma ukufakwa lapho isikhala sokupholisa umoya silinganiselwe futhi kudingeka ukusebenza kahle okuphezulu.

● Incazelo:
o Kufana ne-OFAF, kodwa ngokugeleza kukawoyela okuqondiswe kakhulu.
o Uwoyela uqondiswa ngeziteshi noma imibhobho ethile ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukusebenza kahle kokupholisa ezindaweni ezithile ezishisayo ngaphakathi kwe-transformer.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
o Kusetshenziswa kuma-transformer lapho kudingeka khona ukupholisa okuqondisiwe ukuze kuphathwe ukusatshalaliswa kokushisa okungalingani.

● Incazelo:
o Lena indlela yokupholisa ethuthukisiwe lapho uwoyela uqondiswa khona ukuthi ugeleze ezindleleni ezithile ngaphakathi kwe-transformer, ukuqinisekisa ukupholisa okuqondiwe.
o Ukushisa kube sekudluliselwa emanzini ngezishintshi zokushisa, ngokujikeleza okuphoqelelwe ukuze kukhishwe ukushisa ngempumelelo.

● Izinhlelo zokusebenza:
o Ilungele ama-transformer amakhulu kakhulu noma anamandla amakhulu ezisetshenziswa zezimboni noma zezinsiza lapho ukulawulwa kwezinga lokushisa okunembile kubalulekile khona.
